He has trained and served as a mediator; and was certified as an arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association (expired). Mr. Warner serves on the Board of Directors of Common Cause of Massachusetts, and he is also that organization's treasurer. He speaks conversational Spanish and some French. He lives in Northampton, Massachusetts with his wife Bonnie and his sons Jeff and Douglas.
